Features and Usage Tips

• Cardholders can view their balance and transaction history by registering their card online, by clicking here or by calling 1-866-262-7438.
• Cardholders should be aware of their card balance before making a purchase. If the total amount of the purchase is more than the remaining balance on the card, the cardholder must inform the cashier first, prior to conducting the transaction. The cardholder may pay the difference with another accepted form of payment.
• Cards cannot be "reloaded." Once the balance is zero, the cards have no further value.
• A cardholder can report the card lost or stolen, or handle fraud/dispute questions by calling 1-866-262-7438.
• For added protection, register your card online at navyfederal.org/mygiftcard/. (Select cardholder sign in, your initial password is the last six digits of your gift card.)

Fees

• $5.00 monthly maintenance fee (starting the 13th month after card purchase)
• $5.00 lost/stolen replacement fee
• $5.00 express delivery fee
• $10.00 cash value unload fee (A check will be mailed to the cardholder address that is registered to the gift card)
