When Navy Federal Contacts You by Email

Navy Federal will never send you an email asking you to call and verify personal information.

Most of the time, Navy Federal contacts you by email to provide more information about a product or service. Navy Federal may contact you by email when:

  • You have made an application with us and we need information from you or want to provide you with the status of your application.
  • You have requested information about a Navy Federal product or service.
  • You have signed up to receive promotional or informational emails.

Links in these emails will take you to our Web site for further information. Any action that you take in response to these emails, such as applying for a loan or checking application status, will take you to a secure site that asks you to sign on.
