Do we have your current address?

In order to help protect your account information, it is important to keep your address, telephone numbers and e-mail address updated with Navy Federal. If we determine we do not have your current mailing address, we will temporarily suspend electronic access to your accounts (e.g., Navy Federal Online Account Access, ATMs, Visa Check Card, Interlink point-of-sale transactions and Touch-Tone Teller) until you update your records.

To update your account information, simply:

  • Sign on to Account Access, go to the Other Services page and click the "Update My Personal Profile" link.
  • Or, call toll-free 24 hours a day on weekdays 1-888-842-NFCU (6328), international numbers.
