Professional Development

Employees at all levels of the organization have the opportunity to attend Navy Federal-sponsored workshops. Our curriculum includes

• Workshops on leadership, interpersonal communication skills, emotional intelligence, workplace creativity, supervisory skills and many other subjects.
• Expanded opportunities for those at the supervisor/manager level and above, including graduate level instruction and executive skill development.

Employee Educational Assistance Program

Navy Federal offers generous financial assistance to full-time and part-time employees who want to further their undergraduate or graduate-level education in disciplines that support Navy Federal's current and future business operations. Several scholarship programs are also offered to qualifying employees. Also, on-site classes for college credit are held at headquarters through local colleges and universities.
